My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mango was born March 15, 2017. She is on is an orange female cat with a spotted back. She was born to a feral mom in Walnut Hills. The lady who found the kittens was able to catch their mom, spay her and find suitable forever home. We are now looking for a home for her three adorable kittens. Mango has two sisters Izzy and Gwendolyn. They are listed on our site. Please take a look at them too.

What makes Mango special is her sweet and playful personality. She is a very gentle, loving cat, with very soft fur. She is very fond getting her chin and ears scratched. She loves to play, and especially enjoys a cat tunnel. She is in command of the food bowl!

About Orange cats; orange fur is a recessive trait in cats. Male cats get their orange fur from Mom. But for a female to be orange, she has to get that trait from both Mom and Dad. As a result, orange cats are 4 times less likely to be female than male. And there's more. Most shorthair orange cats have striped or broken striped backs. Spotted cats are a lot less common, making Mango Tango a very special cat.

Mango along with her brother and sister are presently living “very comfortably” in one of our foster homes in Sedalia, MO. They are all fed, rested and ready for adoption! They have been fully vet’d and ready to be received by her new family in her “forever home”.

All these kittens are loving, cuddling and extra playful. They have all been around other mature cats, which has added to their early education and assuredness. The three are very curious and completely understand using the litter box. They all have great appetites and eat kitten wet and dry food eagerly.

During the veting process all three kittens were tested for disease, begin their series of kitty shots, were spayed or neutered, wormed and a micro chipped has been implanted for identification.

Should you wish to adopt a pair or perhaps more we have a special “Bonded Pair” program accompanied by special pricing to encourage you. We would very much enjoy discussing that with you.

Any of these beautiful kittens would be a wonderful addition(s) to your family and loyal cat companions.

Please call or email us to discuss the possibilities.

Thanks for looking!
