My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Liquorish spent most of his life living in a barn outside with little attention. He came to us dirty and matted, with severe ear infections and chronic dry eye. He is deaf but I swear he can read lips and I know for sure he can read bags that say “Dunkin Donuts Munchkins”! Due to the fact that he is deaf, as with anyone who is deaf, he can startle easily. The best home for him would be an adult home, possibly a single adult so he can have his human all to himself. A quiet home where he can be King of the Castle and have a human to call his own! He loves going for rides in the car and really enjoys the Fall weather and Leaves on the ground. I like to refer to him as a dog that has gone “green” or maybe an “earth day” dog as he likes to recycle food that is left out – he just doesn’t like to see things go to waste! He deserves to live a great life, daily walks and afternoon naps who knows maybe he could even get into Soap Opera’s or daytime talk shows! His favorite toy is a Tennis Ball and boy does he have a ball with them! Come on down and meet Liquorish and see for yourself just how good adoption can make you feel! He was just groomed and is ready for a night out on the town and ready for a home to call his own! The groomer loved him and with his new moves daid his name should be “Elvis”, but watch out for them Blue Suede Shoes!
