Meet Ni (pronounced knee). Ni is a sweet girl that came to OBBR after an extended stay in animal control. She was a favorite at AC, she is a favorite at the vet’s office and one of the sweetest boxers we have fostered. Ni has a sad history, as most rescues do, but you would not know that from interacting with her. She loves humans, has a fantastic wiggle and is well balanced with other dogs. She is just a little on the submissive side with other dogs. She came in with a male from the same house, so we think she will do better in a home with other dogs. We would love it if we could find a home that could take Ni and her brother Uno but it is not a requirement as long as she has other dogs to keep her company. She likes our walks on the leash but clearly had little experience with leash walking. She improves everyday! She does like to jump up to get extra attention so toddlers and small children may be knocked down by her exuberance. She has been a great house guest – not chewing on things she should not and for the most part house trained (months in runs will typically cause some issues with house training but she is getting back into the hang of things nicely).
