My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neddy was brought to this shelter with their mom and 2 other siblings. All his other siblings found a perfect home in the States. Dog eating practice is still going on in a rural area and the owner kept these dogs for that purpose but his daughter-in-law brought them to the shelter hoping to find them a better home.
He is very playful yet very affectionate. He can be flown to U.S. within 30 days once an adoption is finalized.
