My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

 Meet Emma! She was rescued from the streets of San Antonio by her foster mom. She is a Border Collie/Heeler mix about a year old weighing 32 lbs. She gets along with cats and dogs big and small. We would recommend dogs her size or bigger because she can play a bit rough. She is potty trained and crate trained. She is working on basic manners and learning not to jump. She is very sweet and loves attention and playing with her doggie friends! For the most part she is calm and not overly hyper for her age.  

 Emma is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites.  Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
