Roscoe is blind due to being heinously beaten by his former owner, but he doesn't let that prevent him from living his life to the fullest every minute of every day. He is beyond happy and loving, and deserves the most special furever family in the world. Roscoe is about 3 years old, and he absolutely thrives in the company of other dogs, therefore, he must be placed with at least one other social, playful pup. Roscoe is perfectly housebroken, crate trained, loves car rides and boat rides! Roscoe is up for adoption within two hours of NYC.
