My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy is Grumpy. He is a 7 year old Shih Tzu mix who weighs 15 lbs. Grumpy was rescued from a local shelter.

Grumpy loves to play outside, wrestle with the other dogs, and sometimes cuddle with his people. His most favorite thing to do is carry around toys that squeak. Grumpy is great with dogs and cats. He is also good with kids.

Grumpy would do great in a calm home with only one or two submissive dogs. Although he loves a lot of things, he does not like to share his food so would need to just be separated while eating. He doesn't show aggression toward other dogs otherwise. He is good with people but when scarred and in new situations can be snippy so needs to have time to adjust to a new place and needs an owner willing to help him and give him time to feel comfortable.

Grumpy is leash trained, fine in a crate, and is mostly house trained. He does mark his territory sometimes.

Grumpy is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his shots. His adoption fee is $150.
