My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi i’m Pepper! I am a two year old cockapoo who was found as a stray. I love everyone but I can be a little shy when meeting new people. I absolutely love to play with all my toys and go for walks with my foster family. I also have a doggie foster sister named Sophie who I get along great with. I sleep in my foster moms bed at night and I love to cuddle with her. I hope to find a forever family who will give me lots of play time and cuddles! Because I am a little shy I will to best in a home without kids as they may frighten me. I have a long coat so I will need frequent grooming. I am housebroken and I respond to basic commands… so I must have had a family at one point.
My ideal family would be young to middle aged with no kids under 15. I need a family that will go slow with me and allow me the time I need to get to know them as new people often make me nervous. I would be happy in a single dog home or having another laid back doggie brother or sister. Oh and I like attention so someone who is home often and has a lot of time to play and snuggle with me!
