My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Tasso and I am a handsome American bulldog mix. I have lived with kids most of my life and love them very much. I would love to have a family that has some older kids (8 and up) to walk with me and play in the yard. I LOVE water and am a pretty good swimmer. I am a big guy and have had some training so I am well behaved. I am protective of my home and will bark to let you know when danger (or the UPS guy) approaches. I do well in dog parks but need an owner who will be my leader. That way I don't have to be "in charge". I get along very well with other dogs and like people.too. I do very well with even small dogs so I have a very gentle side. I do need exercise each day, but like to play chase with other dogs so if you have a doggie friend for me, we can run together. I also have a "couch potato" side and I am very content to sit with my head in your lap or you can even use me for a pillow while I cuddle with you on the couch. I would love a home with an active family to go places with. I am in Texas, but I can be packed to leave in just a few days. Give me a look! I think you will like me.
