Meet Sophia!! The sweetest princess there ever was. Sophia is 8 years old and is looking for a forever family. She is great with other dogs and has a fun, sweet personality. Sophia came into the rescue with diabetes that was way out of control! She is now on insulin and is having regular testing with our awesome veterinarians. She finally has her sugar levels under control and he last test was wonderful. Sophia will require 2 insulin shots a day for the rest of her life. she is GREAT for her shots, since we usually feed her while we are giving them. She doesn't even notice. The insulin Sophia is using is very affordable and one vile goes a pretty long ways. Sophia is about 17 lbs and a true doll! She will need an experienced adopter since she does have diabetes, and someone willing to take on Sophia with her medical needs. Otherwise she is totally healthy and happy! Shes a loving little lady looking for a place to call her forever home!
