Phoebe is a five year old female African Grey. She was surrendered due to her previous owner's health issues. This was her first owner; she was captive-bred and hand-raised.

Phoebe likes to talk and sing, but she is not a loud bird or a screamer. She gets along well with our other birds, is easy to handle, and loves head scratches -- potentially a lovable and cuddly pet. Won't you please consider giving Phoebe a family again?
