Frankie is an adorable young dog with lots of youthful exuberance. She is curious and eager to please. She is mostly deaf; it appears that she can only hear loud sounds in the low range. She is a bit undisciplined right now, because she is young and full of energy and because her deafness wasn't promptly identified and she did not respond to traditional training methods. Staff has started teaching her with hand signals. She needs a family that has the time to devote to training, which could be difficult and lengthy. Frankie loves to walk, run and play. Come see this sweet girl and you will fall in love.
