INITIAL BIO 07/02/2017: Scooter and his brother Fuzz have been together their whole lives and United Yorkie Rescue plans to keep it that way. They have been through enough and they need to have each other, and a forever home, to make their lives happy and complete.
Scooter is house-trained, walks well on a leash and rides great in the car. He gets along great with people, but we are not sure about other dogs and cats. His foster parents will find that out soon enough. His favorite activity is playing with his brother Fuzz. Scooter may not like the 4th of July because he really does not like fireworks and thunder, but his foster parents will make sure he and Fuzz are safe.
Scooter just arrived at his foster home and there is so much more to know about him. Both pups need to be updated on all vaccinations and have their teeth taken care of. They should be ready for their forever home in about 2-3 weeks. You don't want to miss out on double the love, double the cuddles, and double the cuteness these two boys will bring into your life. Make them yours, you won't be sorry at all.
Scooter has a few words to say...
Hello it’s us, Fuzz and Scooter. We came here from Germany. We were born there while our daddy served there in the military (that is why we still have tails – Germany does not allow docking tails). Our mommy and daddy have to move and they cannot take us with them, but they loved us so much that they wanted us to be taken care of – that is why they chose United Yorkie Rescue to re-home us. Our daddy is a returning hero and our new foster daddy is retired military. So, we know that we will feel right at home. Our mommy and daddy asked our foster mommy and daddy to find a good home for us and make sure that we are kept together. Our foster daddy made a GI to GI promise to do that and he says that kind of promise cannot be broken – military families stick together. Please adopt us because we will make your life so wonderful and love you so much.
