My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pumpkin is our chubby owner surrendered Pekingese. He is as sweet as anything and seems to love all people especially MEN.  He came to us completely matted so we had to shave him and he is now recovering from all the sores his skin has due to the years of matting.  Even with his body healing, he is a sweet little dog.  Pumpkin is good with kids over 12 and all dogs and cats. Pumpkin would prefer an older couple who like to watch TV and maybe take a short walk. If you would like to meet Pumpkin, please fill out an adoption application and a volunteer will set up a meet and greet. He is not ready to go into a home yet, we want to help heal all of his wounds on his skin before adopting him out.
