My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Help Tulum Dogs was contacted by a tourist in March of this year while they were vacationing in Tulum, Mexico. They had found a poor skinny dog on the street with a bad paw injury.
Luckily he didn’t wander too far and was rescued near a hotel looking for food.
Sadly, the injury (which was complex and seemed to be human inflicted) was too old to be able to heal and there was quite a bit of infection that he just couldn't overcome. He was treated for over two weeks with antibiotics but his infection didn't budge, and so the decision was made to amputate his front leg. He recovered fabulously, and his spirit has been fantastic throughout his whole ordeal. He's simply one of the most affectionate and happiest dogs we've ever seen! �
Bandit is around 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and has adapted to being a 'tripod' very well. Anyone would be blessed to have this dog in their life...he is super special.
He’s easygoing, incredibly affectionate, great with most dogs, and loves all people. He was fostered in Los Angeles were he recovered from his surgery for 6 weeks.….he simply is the happiest dog!
The only stipulation for him is he needs a non-cat household.
Bandit is now in Bend, Oregon being fostered and looking for his forever home.
