Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beasley (Miss “B”) is an energetic bundle of joy with nothing but love to give. She is a pure bred female Boston Terrier who is around 5-6 years old. When Beasley was found on the side of the road, it was obvious she had gotten off to a rough start in life. She was infested with fleas, malnourished, and had been abused. She was immediately taken to a Vet, where she was treated for her fleas, received a check up, and was given all of her shots. Overall, she was found to be in excellent health. The Vet was unsure if she had been spayed, but instructed the foster mom to keep an eye on her to see if she goes into heat and then go from there. Due to her poor eating habits resulting in malnutrition, she was underweight and her coat was not in the best condition when found. Since she has been placed in foster care, she has had her teeth cleaned, reached a healthy weight, and her coat is thriving wonderfully. She is a very good eater, does well on a leash, and is potty trained. In addition, she loves to play, take car rides, and give lots of kisses.
Beasley’s current foster mom loves her unconditionally. However, already has one other dog, which required an intense surgery right around the time Beasley was taken in. As a result, finances are tight and the other dog requires a lot of attention in order to heal. Beasley’s foster mom would like to find her a home that can provide her with the same kind of unconditional love as she has given. It is requested that those considering adopting Beasley into her forever home have a lot of time to devote to her, a fenced in back yard, and the financial capability to care for her. Due to Beasley’s past history, she has a bit a cage aggression and does not like to be kenneled for long periods of time. She does well with children and other dogs. If you would like to give Beasley the forever home that she deserves, please send us an email.
