Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.
Heidi is a 3 year old Dutch Shepherd.
She is an active and athletic dog with a good tracking nose and decent drive. She is a good house dog, quiet, with good manners. She does display some dog reactivity but she has been making progress with this and it tends to occur more on the property than off. She will need to continue working with a competent trainer to address this issue so that she can be comfortable while out and about.
She is not good with cats, or other small animals.
She was in a home with young children, but we would not recommend placement in the same without the adults being well versed in having a dog with a "working" line temperament. She is friendly with all ages of humans.
She is an obedient dog, she excels with good leadership. Again, working line savvy, active adopter would be ideal placement.
She likes to play ball, frisbee, and give "hugs". She tolerates her nails being clipped and her ears cleaned. Good prospect for freestyle, agility, competitive obedience, or tracking.
