Hershey is a gorgeous 100+ pound Chocolate lab that completed his 8 week training In New Leash on Life. FurBabies is in partnership with The NC Department of Public Safety. It is a WIN/WIN/WIN... A WIN for the Inmates because they have the opportunity to work with the animals, which gives them a purpose and an opportunity for employment when they are released from prison, a WIN for the dog because it receives it’s Canine Good Citizenship training and of course a WIN for the new owner who gets and absolutely amazing highly trained rescue dog.
