Take three — they're small! This senior Maltese threesome is a bonded family — Pipsqueak (the ever-grinning male in the blue collar), is the offspring of Smidgen (the female in the pink collar) and Mouse (the shaved male in the red collar). They've been together forever and landed in the shelter after their owner died early this year. They arrived at the shelter with matted coats, hot spots on their skin, periodontal disease, and ear infection.
Despite the loss of their human family, the years they have on them, and the physical discomfort they must have been in, these dogs are a bouncy, playful bunch who have kept their chins up, made the best of it, and are responding well to the treatment they've been receiving to restore their health and well being.
These three cuties will be so grateful for an adopter who could scoop them all up and keep them together, safe, and happy through their remaining years. Are you a fan of the Maltese breed who feels like three’s company and there could never be too many?
