My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sallie, rescued from a Mississippi kill shelter in August 2008, she has been living with her foster family. Sallie is a small mixed breed (beagle, Sheppard?) female, ~ 2 years of age, weighs 30lbs , just about 20” at the shoulder and is up-to-date on vaccinations and is microchipped. She is short haired and does not shed much. She is good with cats, and has around a three year old child. She is good on a leash and has been in obedience class, knows sit, lie down, roll over. She is housebroken, and crate trained (will go to kennel when commanded). Sallie is an energetic lovable dog but does have a fear of men. Sallie is looking for a mom to give her a forver home. Her exposure to other dogs has been limited to play dates.
