Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our names are
Struddle(left) and Shortcake(right)
Struddle and shortcake are 4 year old Chihuahua mixs. They are BLIND and there for must remain together. They count on each other for guidance and comfort. These two do not let being blind stop them from living life to the fullest. They are smart, kind, gentle, and very funny little souls. You will never have a dull moment with these two. They are crate trained, house broken, and are well mannered on a leash.
They were birthed here at TLF with 4 others who have all been placed. Their mother Mama Sugar was attacked by a dog while she was pregnant which leads us to believe that is why these two are blind.
All Lovejoy Foundation dogs and puppies can be seen at our weekend adoption events Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm. Keep in mind our adoption events take place in an outside venue, with wet weather, high winds, and chilly temperature we would not hold a normal event, so please call ahead before coming 310-719-5707.
