Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maggie was rescued along with her 5 surviving babies from a field in Starr County back in September 2016. Her pups all found homes but Maggie is still waiting for a family of her own. In Dec she tried to escape her kennel and ended up badly hurting her back leg, which had to be amputated in Jan 2017. She is a small Pointer/Blue Heeler mix, around 30 pounds and 3 years old. She is house trained, walks well on a leash, and rides well in a car. She gets around just fine on three legs and can even run fast! She is currently in a home with other dogs and with cats. She is sweet and calm, doesn't bark, and isn't the needy or attention-seeking type.
