My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pretty lady is Suzy, as they say you can't judge a book by its cover, well don't let the grey face fool you. Update 10/30/18 - There were some big changes in Suzy’s foster home. Two foster Dane PUPPIES invaded and brought all the usual puppy antics. Suzy accepted them with open paws. She was patient with them jumping and climbing all over her, and she started playing with toys more. She also got more playful with the cat, but the cat was not interested in a 110 pound playmate bouncing towards her, and retreated to her safe place. Suzy continues to show us she is a sweet and loving girl. She likes to ride in the van and go for walks in town or at the park. She loves treats of any kind. She is happy spending her day sleeping on the couch. Going out in the rain to potty is NOT one of her favorite things, but unlike the puppy visitors, three visits to the yard daily is more than adequate. At Halloween she allowed herself to be dressed in a pumpkin coat, which just barely fit around her girth. She is a big, sweet girl. Orange you in love with this boo-tiful girl yet? She is hopeful still that soon she’ll find the best treat of all—a permanent home with a loving family.
