JACK (NORTH CAROLINA)
Jack is a 3-year-old, 11-pound Yorkie fella being fostered in Winston-Salem, NC.
Meet Jack (Flash). This happy go lucky guy is just a true delight. He is so sweet, loving, and just an all-around good-natured pup. Jack’s rescue ride took 4 hours Saturday. He had a 2-hour drive with his owner, where they then met foster mom and rode for another two hours (of course they stopped along the way). Jack is an owner surrender due to his owner’s health problems. She called and asked if we could take her sweet boy and find him a new family. UYR accepted with pleasure and assured her he would have the best furever home this rescue could provide. Now that Jack has arrived, foster mom is just beginning to find out all the wonderful things about this beautiful boy. He does great in the car. He is wonderful on a leash. Jack is a charming little guy on the grooming table. Upon his arrival to foster mom’s he entered the pack with no hesitation. He took off towards the yard and made memorable friends with every pup at foster mom’s. Staying close to foster mom in the beginning, soon he was running and jumping and playing with all the pups. Due to his long legs, making him a bit of a tall Yorkie, he is in need of a few pounds. This little guy will probably dress out well at 12 lbs. He is such an exceptionally friendly pup; this boy will make a great family dog and can be placed in a home with children 8 years of age and up. Jack, still a puppy, he at least needs a stay at home mom, or a companion pup to romp and play with during the day and a big fenced in yard in which to explore. IF you are in the market for a puppy powered Jack Flash – well, here he is, I assure you he will make a wonderful addition to any family. Jack is neutered, and is up to date on all of his shots.
