Dora came to us from Memphis Animal Services several months ago to be treated for heartworms. She has completed treatment and is now looking for her forever home.
Dora is 2-3 years old and weighs about 18 pounds. She has a natural (long) tail. Dora has been spayed and is up-to-date on vaccines. She started on heartworm preventative after completing her heartworm treatment and is also microchipped. Dora is housebroken and crate-trained.
Dora loves to play with other dogs, but she has a dominant personality and would not be a good fit in a home with another very dominant dog. When she's not busy playing, Dora is happy to cuddle next to you on the sofa. While Dora loves children, she can sometimes be a little mouthy if she's excited so she would do best with children older than 7.
