My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Faith! Faith is 6-7 years old and only weighs 26 pounds. Faith had a sad story: She came to us a few months ago, heartworm positive and she had a large hernia. She has since had the hernia repaired and has been treated for heartworms. Now that all of this is behind her, she's looking for her forever home. She is the perfect size companion and she gets along great with other dogs. However, she is more of a follower and doesn't interact with other dogs much. She is crate trained and when she's loose in the house, all she wants to do is cuddle. She does try to play "chase the cat" in the foster home, but only to play, never aggressively. Although Faith is great with everyone she meets, we'd prefer a home without small children because she is very curious about what's outside and she might try to push past a small child to get outside. We do require that Faith has a fenced in backyard because she is very curious about what is going on around her. If you're interested in meeting Faith, please let us know today!
