My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is an 8-9 year old black and tan male MinPin weighing 12 lbs. He was giving up by his owner because he doesn't do well with cats and had some problems with the dogs in the household. He hadn't been to a vet in several years and desperately needed a dental. Since then, he has been in foster care and has been the perfect gentleman. He gets along great with the other foster dogs-big and small- and seems to love children (10 and older). He is a climber and can easily escape a chain link fenced-in yard. He is quite the escape artist. He does well on a leash and likes car rides. He is crate-trained and housebroken. He is a very sweet laid back boy with lots of love to give. He would do well in a MinPin-experienced home. Max is located in Frederick, MD.
