Hi Husky Lovers, we're so excited to introduce our first red & white female husky to the rescue! Introducing Nova! She's a petite little thing who will need a lot of TLC and food!! Nova weighs 35 lbs at the moment and needs to put on about 10-15 pounds to be at a healthy weight. But don't let that get in the way of how sweet she is. Nova is approximately 1.5 to 2 years old, UTD w/ shots, microchipped, and spayed. She is housebroken, rides well in the car, and walks good on leash. She's been with us for a short time so far and has done really good with the other dogs, however as we get to know her a little more, we feel that she would be better off placed with a male dog companion or as an only dog. As with most THR dogs, we'd prefer that you work from home or that someone is home the majority of the time, 6' fence minimum, and kids over 6. Nova has lived in a home with cats before, so this would be up to you as the adopter. Home check is required and a meet & greet if you have other dogs. She will not be ready to go until mid next week after she heals from her spay. Nova's adoption fee is $200. Please message THR for questions and an application. 🐶🐆🐾
