Boy, oh boy, I cannot wait to meet you!! My name is Cricket, but I’m not sure why. I don’t think I look like a cricket. I guess it’s just a cute name for a cute dog. Let me start by saying I love people!! I love people who love to pet me!! A good snuggle and a pet can be the best thing in life, don’t you think? I’ve had some training. I know how to look to you on a walk to follow directions. I can use reminding, though. I’m still a young dog and sometimes need corrections. What I want most out of life is for you to love me. I’m not shy about asking for affection. And I’m not picky about who I ask. As far as I’m concerned, people are here to love me. A nice warm lap is what I dream about as I lay here in the kennel. Is your lap the one of my dreams? I am ok with most other dogs. I’ve been walking a lot with other dogs here at the kennel and I am just fine. I’m not sure how I feel about large dogs. I’d have to meet some to form a real opinion. Cats are funny animals, aren’t they? Sometimes they can be ok, but sometimes they just need to be chased! I love the attention of kids, but tiny kids may overwhelm me.
