Alana is a female fawn Puggle (Pug/Beagle) approximately 2 years old. She is a nice sized girl, weighing 24 pounds full grown. Alana has a beautiful curly-cue tail and big, chocolate brown eyes. She is a social gal, loving to be in the center of activity. She enjoys meeting new human and doggie friends and always has a friendly smile on her face. She likes people and it shows. Alana is easily adaptable to almost any situation and takes everything in stride. She is wonderful to walk on leash and excellent out in public. In addition to being an angel out and about, Alana is delightfully affectionate inside the home. She is completely housebroken and an easy keeper. She is relatively non-demanding and simply happy to be keeping you company. Alana will curl up in a dog bed and stay put all night, sleeping right beside you. If you invite her into bed, she will be thrilled of course, but if not she is content to be nearby. Alana is excellent with children and a nice, sturdy size. She would be an outstanding choice for a family pet. She likes to play with other dogs and can romp around holding her own with the best of them. Alana is not a vocal dog but don't let her quiet demeanor fool you - she does have a good amount of energy for longer walks or even short hikes. She is not a couch potato by any means. She also rides great in the car. Alana is sometimes interested in toys and is always interested in treats. She will quickly sit on command for a tasty morsel and takes goodies gently from your hand. Alana was rescued from a high-volume shelter where she was brought in stray. She is very healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Alana’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Alana is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric and Lisa and is ready for her forever home.
