ABOUT BOSS:
Boss is a 3 year old Bullmastiff. He is partially blind having only one eye however this does not spot him from being a wonderful, happy dog! Boss is looking for a home without toddlers due to size and also a home without cats. Boss does well with other large breed dogs. Small dogs (calmer, less excitable) are fine with good introduction.
Here is a note from Boss's foster family: "Boss is sweet, eager to please, and a quick learner. He is easygoing and adaptable, and more than happy to look to his people to make the rules. He is a mellow guy who will happily snooze away the afternoon on his bed - or a big comfy couch, if you let him. He loves to be a lap dog and cuddle up with his people, but he’s not pushy about it. He’s a quiet boy, and the most sound you’ll hear from him is his gentle snoring or the thump-thump-thump of his wagging tail hitting the floor when you walk into the room.
Boss walks well on a leash, only ever pulling if he sees another dog along the way. He is a very strong boy, but by keeping some distance and redirecting his attention with treats, he’s learning to stay focused on his people even when other dogs try to get his attention.
Boss is a big love-bug, and would do well with a confident owner who wants a best friend for life."
