Scrappy is one awesome dog! He came to Oasis after his owner could no longer care for him. Scrappy had been tied out to a dog house outside his short life by his previous owner. He is hesitant with people, but will warm up when he knows they are ok. If you are interested in meeting Scrappy, please fill out an application that you will find on out website: Scrappy also asks that a fenced in yard would be wonderful. He would like to never be tied up again.
