My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trudy had a "ruff" start to life but that hasn't dampened her spirit! It all started back in December, when she was spotted in an empty field, curled up and shivering. Trudy was on the run for a couple months (I had set up a shelter and feed station to try to get her fed and out of the bitter cold) She knew I was helping her and would come close, but never quite trusted me enough to touch her. Finally, on a Snowy day ( not making this up! Lol!) it happened! She was captured by our Pet Detective Friend Angie (& a juicy rotisserie chicken! Haha!   ) Upon capture Angie took her in and nurtured her and within 24hrs. Angie had gained her trust and Trudy had started transform from this skinny, tail-tucked, wide eyed, scared pup into the loving, gentle, beautiful dog you see today!! Her foster mom Ann says, she L♡VES to snuggle and share the couch, bed, your lap anything to be close to you. She does great with other dogs and kids. She has been completely vetted and is now Heartworm negative!! She is a gorgeous and awesome dog that is looking for her forever home. Please help us make her dreams come true!
