Shelby is a one year old border collie mix. Her coat is beautiful, black with bright white and soft, soft, soft. She is just a sweetheart. VERY Smart. Good off leash and loves to go for walks for to the park. Shelby is a young active dog and would love a home with a family that enjoys the outdoors and activities.
Shelby weighs 42 lbs.
Shelby is in a foster home with other dogs and gets along with everyone. She is so playful. Loves children and everyone she meets. She is a people dog and would love to be in your lap. She is completely house trained. Shelby is ready for a HOME that will give her a lot of belly rubs.
She has had a recent heart worm test and is heart worm negative.

Shelby's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, heart worm test, flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, certificate of health and transportation.
Shelby is fostered in Tennessee. She will travel to her new home once she has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to Illinois.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
