My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to this gorgeous little pup that we rescued in NC on Christmas Eve morning from a high kill shelter - we'd like to introduce 'Wolfie' to you. He's a great little guy. He's been neutered, weighs 60 lbs. He has been treated for heartworms and is now heartworm negative. He is waiting for someone to find him and fall head over tail in love with him.

He was listed as an owner surrender (we can't figure out WHY...he's a doll!!) and they say he's fine with cats as well as dogs – His current foster mom indicated that he shows no interest in chasing garden critters, so will most likely be fine with cats. He would do best with another female dog or be an only dog. He is submissive to his CD foster sister who is the alpha dog in the household.

The owner surrender form indicated that he is 4 years old, but we believe that he is much younger than that as be still behaves like a puppy sometimes and needs some discipline as he will push his luck. He loves his toys and going for walks. He is a real clown. He collects his toys and places them on the coffee table, just so he knows where they are for later. Recently he stole a roll of bathroom tissue and buried it. His specialty is giving love. If you are looking for a dog to spoil you with all the love he has, this is your boy.

His vaccinations are up to date. He is heart worm free, neutered and micro chipped.
