(3/23/17) Kia is a 14 year old chi/JRT girl who was scheduled to be PTS today. We were asked to help her, and she is now out of the shelter and safe. She had an exam today, and Kia's vaccinations have been updated. She will have further vetting done when she arrives to PA in a few weeks. KIA WILL NEED A FOSTER HOME WHEN SHE ARRIVES TO PA.
