My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Langley was rescued last August of 2016 and was adopted to a family who has an older dog in Korea. The volunteer who helped Langley received two phone calls recently from the adoptive family that Langley was picking fights with the older dog over food and treats, and while trying to manage the fights, they had to throw him. When the volunteer asked whether Langley was ok and if the other dog was injured due to the fight, they did not get a clear answer from the adoptive family, so they decided to stop by to assess the situation.
They noticed right away that there was a sign of physical abuse from the family to Langley because Langley was showing fear of people when he was approached by them. He was a perfectly happy little guy when he was adopted, and to see him being so jumpy and afraid of people now was unbearable. The volunteer asked if the adoptive family would surrender Langley, and they were happy to do so. The volunteer also found out after a few questions to the family later that Langley wasn’t being aggressive to the older dog, but the family just could not handle more than one dog. They felt stressful to take care of multiple dogs, and such physical abuse started out of the aggravation.
Langley is estimated to be about 5-6 year old, and weighs 10lbs. He is fully vaccinated and neutered. Other than being afraid of loud noise and sudden approach, he is still a perfect little dog. He LOVES and LOVES going for a walk. He is just waiting for some gentle and patient person to adopt him, and really show him what it is to be loved and cared for.
