My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please look at Miru carefully! He is available in NY Metropolitan area immediately!! We rescued Miru from Korea to what we thought his permanent home would be in NY, but something happened to his adoptive family, and can no longer care for him. The foster mom tells us he is just adorable, well behaved, fun and friendly dog! We will update photos and video soon. Here's his bio:

This precious little poodle named Miru was found near a local convenient store during December of 2016. There was a witness's statement that an old grandpa raised him, and when he was moving out of the area, he could not take him, so he tied up Mart at a visible location hoping that other people would take him instead.

As you can see in the photo, his hair was badly matted when he was found. He was probably raised as an outdoor dog because he was tested positive for heart worm when we found him. Luckily, it was still treatable, so he went through a treatment in Spring at a foster center hoping that someone nice will notice him and want to embrace him as part of their family.

He is fully up to date with vaccinations, and neutered. He is very smart, and is learning to use wee-wee pad at the foster home. He also loves to play with other dog, and he is very friendly to people. We estimate he is in between 2-3 years old, and he weighs about 15lbs.
