My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Duke! He's an 8 year old male brindle Boxer mix in URGENT need of a new home. Duke is neutered, current on all of his shots and has no known health conditions. He is calm, yet active, with the energy of a much younger dog. Duke loves people and enjoys long walks and playing fetch. He also enjoys relaxing outside in the warm sun.

Duke has a friendly disposition and is excellent with children. He currently lives with a 4 year old. He's a great dog and a gentle friend that is comfortable around males, females, young and old. Duke is quiet and rarely barks, if at all. He is house trained, knows his manners and is very well behaved. He knows basic commands such as "sit" and "down". Duke is a wonderful family pet and loyal companion.

Duke needs a new home because his owner's life situation has forced him to move to an apartment which is not pet friendly - certainly not Duke's fault. He must leave by 4/28/17. Duke would be an excellent addition to any family. Won't you consider opening your heart to this lovable guy?

Duke's owner will provide his new family all of his vet records showing he is current on vaccinations (last checkup was Aug. 2016), and basic supplies including his crate, food storage container and any remaining food, food and water bowls, collars and leashes.
