ADOPTION PENDING 4/14/17! Ernie is half Cairn Terrier, half Mini Poodle. His ears haven't decided if they are going to be like a Cairn's and stand up, or if they are going to flop like a Poodle's ears - each day he looks different! He is about 8 months old, 12#, and has had his vetting completed. He is a bit timid but enjoys other dogs and snuggling on a lap for skritches. Ernie is wearing a belly band to help remind him not to piddle in the house, and he's doing very well. He sleeps quietly in an exercise pen at night. He is still a puppy and will chew on inappropriate things if not given Nylabones or something to chew on. He is showing interest in balls in the yard - he just needs someone who will take the time to play with him and bond.
