My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well hello there....my name is Chocolate. My rescue friends named me that because my coat was dark, but it's lightening up and I'm more of a ginger color now. I have a thick fluffy coat and I love when you pick me up and just pet me - one of my favorite things is cuddling up in someone's lap and being loved. I like to play but I'm also ok just hanging out by myself and watching birds and squirrels (shhhh don't tell anyone that I want to catch them and play with them!)
I went to the vet and he said I'm a really good girl! He gave me my last vaccinations and my rabies (don't know what that is, but he said I needed it!) He also gave me heartworm preventative so I can stay healthy and dewormed me (I would eat worms if they'd let me....but they're kind of yucky really).

My rescuers keep saying that I'm a very special little girl, so I guess I am. I like everything - I don't like fighting with my brothers and sisters - I'd rather lay in the warm sun and listen to you talk to me!
