Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Available through Lytle Animal Care & Control. All adopters must pass the application process in order to adopt. Welcome Gus. He is a 2 year old 57 pound Black Lab mix. He is a sweet boy. He is a little shy but loves affection and told he is a “good boy”. He is decent on a leash but distracted by his environment and will pull when he sees something interesting. He is one of the shelter favorites. He has a little scab on his nose and the staff thinks it may be from scooting under a fence or some other abrasion. He is healthy, up on his shots, neutered and ready to have a home of his own. We can tell he didn’t have the best first home and now we want a family where he is included in the activities. He would be good with just about any home and in most settings. He is currently in Lytle, Texas in a rural facility that is not no kill. He is looking for his forever home and can be transported to the East or the West Coast. His adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185. Contact me for an application.
