Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sassy aka Sassy Cat is such a sweetie and so smart. She is true to her puppy whippet nature with two speeds right now (off and on), but can also be very cat like which is why we call her Sassy Cat.
She needs a little time to warm up to new places and will just sit back and watch for about 2 days. And then like magic, her bubbly personality comes out and the fun commences. She is just about 1 year old and still has a lot of puppy in her. She knows her obedience commands, but we are still working on her duration for a stay and not jumping when being let out of her crate and going outside.
We recently succeeded in teaching Sassy to retrieve a ball, so exercising her is easy. If you have any other dogs, she will become their personal trainer and take some of the burden off of you while you sit back and watch the chase games commence.
It is impossible not to love this little girl. She makes me smile more than any other dog I have fostered, and she is absolutely awesome in her crate so managing the rest of her puppyhood will be a breeze. We are looking to place Sassy as a pet to a home who will love this little girl the way that we do.
