Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beautiful Sampson came to our rescue through a local rescuer how rescued him off the streets. When he got him, Sampson was covered with feces and reeked of urine. He didn't even know he could roam his now 1 acre fenced property and we believe due to this he lived some time of his life tethered outside. His savior, vetted him, neutered him and treated him for heart worm positive. Since then, Sampson is now 150 pounds of joy and as long as he continues to take his monthly heart guard plus will fully recover from his heart worm diagnosis. He has no food aggression and no aggression towards humans. He has been great around a multitude of cats and different sized dogs. When in the house he is calm and sweet natured. He had definitely been loved and because of this we feel he deserves to be in a home that will allow him to continue to bloom. Where he can go on daily walks or drives in the car eat table scraps and start his new life as the apple of someone's eyes. We believe he could be a St. Bernard/ Sherphard mix, but due to his size and coloring he could be a Leonberger. None the less he is gorgeous. Anyone interested in adopting will need to fill out a application, agree to a home check and sign a adoption contract.
