Comments: Scooter is in a foster home, and they report that "he is an outgoing, energetic boy who would thrive in a home with a fenced yard only for potty breaks and where he can romp and play during turnouts. Yet, his youthful exuberance is tempered by a wonderful sweetness that makes him very endearing. He gets along with other dogs nicely, and has adapted nicely to life in a home. We are currently teaching him to remain calm on lead."
