Mindy is an adorable little Chihuahua girl in search of the perfect forever home. She is two years old and came from the same breeding kennel that Zach came from. She is so cute and a favorite in her foster home. She's quite friendly once she gets to know you and can be quite affectionate as well. Her three puppies are also available for adoption.


Mindy loves to play and wrestle with Chrissy and TJ, two of her pups. We would love it if they got adopted together, but it's not a requirement. Her other favorite is the Bulldog in her foster home (Bulldog is a permanent resident, not available for adoption). She pretty much ignores the other dogs and cats in her foster home though.

Mindy will need some work on housetraining as she has spent her life as a kennel dog. Her foster family is currently working on housebreaking her and training her to potty pads. We would prefer a home without small children for her as she is a very small dog, she weighs just about 4 1/2 pounds.

She is up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm preventative. She will only be adopted to a home that wants her to be an inside dog. Please research the breed(s) before filling out an application. Please apply only if you are willing to invest the time, effort, and energy that this sweet girl needs.

Adoption fee is $300. Spay is required, no exceptions. We send an adoption kit with each dog that includes a small bag of food, treats, a toy and vaccination information.

Please note that we do not place our animals on a first come, first served basis. We work to find the best homes possible for our babies. Please fill out an application for adoption ONLY if you are serious about giving this dog a PERMANENT home and you can provide for any special needs it may have. Vet references are required.
