Hi there! My name is Toby and Power of the Paw came and rescued me from the Post Falls shelter. It wasn't really expected, as they were just supposed to evaluate me for another shelter in Montana. I was quite the barker in the shelter, and Power of the Paw was technically full. However, I won over the heart of the founder who was evaluating me and here I am! 

I was originally a stray. I had been in the shelter before, so they contacted the person who picked me up last time. He told them he had given me away to someone else. Power of the Paw is unsure how many homes I've been in, but they cannot figure out why.

My foster mom loves me. I am getting along well with all the dogs here and there haven't been any issues. This little dog here snapped at me and I backed away slowly. I don't want to cause any problems. I just want to be friends. Same with the cats. I have left them alone and even when they run, I don't chase! There is also a little human here and I am always friendly and happy when she is around. I'm not overly hyper either so I'm very careful when I'm around little kids. 

I'm very quiet, until I get put in a crate. Once I need to go to the bathroom I will bark and let you know Otherwise, I will just lay at your feet and watch movies with you. I do have food allergies so I'll need a grain free, high quality diet and I do require a fence 6ft or higher as I will take myself on a little jaunt if I'm left outside for too long.
