Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
Color: Liver & White
Weight: 65 lbs
Variety: Field
Meet Charley, a wiggly, happy Springer who loves to snuggle with his people and follow them around the house. His foster mom describes him as a wiggle-butt and a complete sweetheart who is perfectly behaved inside and has free rein in the house when the people are away.
Charley is housetrained, and he rides well in the car with only occasional whining. He gets along with the two other Springers in his foster home, but we don't know how he would behave with cats.
This energetic boy would love at least two walks or runs a day, or even a trip to the park to burn off his energy. Charley is working on leash manners, and he knows the Sit command. He would benefit from further obedience training.
Charley's previous home included day-care children, and he proved to be nervous around those youngsters. Because of this, we would like to find Charley a Forever Home where any children are older and will understand how to interact with dogs.
Charley does have some allergies and is therefore on a prescribed food, so his new family would be expected to continue this regimen to keep him comfortable.
The only other wish that we have concerning Charley's foster family is that it should include people who are home more often than not. As his foster mom explains, "Charley so loves his peeps!" If you are interested in learning more about this great boy, please contact his case managers at the e-mail address below.
Please note that an approved adoption application is the first step in a more thorough interview process that is designed to match each dog to exactly the right family, and that the final decision rests with the dog's case manager.
Please read the Adoption FAQ and get an Adoption Application approved before inquiring about Charley.
