My story

Hi! I’m Fernanda, a 7-year-old gal with a smile so bright that my eyes sparkle.

I’m already house, crate, and leash-trained, so I am a turn-key, ready-to-go pup. I maintain my girlish figure of 55 lbs with my playful nature, and I’m not shy to invite you to play with me, especially the game of fetch. I’m particularly proud of my fetching skills and retrieving every throw without fail. In addition to fielding balls, I love to run and simply play, so a fenced-in yard would be perfect for me!

My happy demeanor spills over to those around me. My infectious smile and wagging tail will no doubt brighten your mood. I truly am a people pup - I love everyone! I enjoy curling up next to my people offering warm companionship.

Children are very good buddies of mine because they love to play, and that makes me a big hit with the kiddos! I would particularly flourish in a home with lots of love and attention, especially in a single-pet home.

I’m looking forward to bringing sunshine to my forever home soon.

Their adoption process

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Take the Pet Home

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
