Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Onyx. She came to us with a group of four kittens and two mothers. Onyx was an outcast from the group and had been pretty beaten up. She was suspect for ringworm so had to be separated from the others and all cats. After much care and treatment, Onyx is perfectly healthy. Not only was she an outcast from the other colony, but she had also gotten frost bite. You can see that she has lost the tips of both ears. That was not all, the tip of her tail had also been frost bit and lost that as well. All has healed well and she does not even know she is missing a few parts! She is now available for viewing and adoption. Please come visit her. She is the only kitten we have left and could really use a place to call home. She is friendly and loves attention, but she is not "in your face". She is happy and content and we love having her here, but we all know it is best for the animals to be in real homes. If you can not commit to taking her permanently, maybe you would be willing to foster her so she can get the love she needs until we find her a forever home. If you want more information on being a foster volunteer, give us a call. I know Onyx looks very forward to meeting her knew humans! Come on in!!
